• Retreats

Retreats for those who need to stop, in order to find themselves again.

There are moments when everyday life can no longer hold what the soul is asking for. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness retreats are immersive, carefully led experiences, created so you can step out of routine, out of the noise, out of autopilot — and come back inside yourself.

• What they are

Not a holiday.
A crossing.

An 8 Dimensions of Wellness retreat is not a wellness package, nor a tourist experience with a therapeutic veneer. It is a deep process, led by an integrative psychotherapist, in places chosen with intention, where the landscape, the silence and the group all become part of the healing work.

Each retreat is designed within The Wholeness Framework™, bringing the 8 Dimensions of wellbeing into a journey that involves body, mind, emotion and spirit. There is time for guided sessions, for silence, for nature, for real rest, and for everything that everyday life rarely makes room for.

You arrive as you are. And you leave a little more whole.

Healing sometimes asks you to step out of the world — so you can return to it with more soul.

• The experience

A journey that involves the whole of you.

Each retreat is built as a crossing: it has a beginning, a middle and a clear direction. But it also respects the body’s timing, the rhythms of the group and whatever emerges in the moment.

• 01

Guided therapeutic sessions

Led by Tati, one to one or in groups, bringing together Inner Child Work, EFT (tapping), CBT, IFS and contemplative exercises.

• 02

Movement and body

Conscious breathing, gentle yoga, mindful walking and somatic exercises — so the body takes part, rather than being left out.

• 03

Silence and introspection

Intentional pauses, guided journalling and meditation. Silence is part of the work too.

• 04

Connection with nature

Places chosen for their beauty, their energy and their ability to hold a tired body and an awakened soul.

• 05

Mindful meals

Carefully prepared food, focused on real nutrition, seasonality and the experience of eating with presence — something many have forgotten.

• 06

Intentional community

Small, deliberately limited groups, so every participant is seen, heard and cared for — never lost in a crowd.

• The approach

Immersion held by method.
Depth held by care.

What sets an 8 Dimensions of Wellness retreat apart is not only the place — it is what holds the experience from within.

  • Led by an integrative psychotherapist. All facilitation is clinical, ethical and grounded — with human sensitivity and spiritual depth.
  • Clear structure, open space. There is a defined therapeutic arc, and also room for what emerges. The retreat breathes with the group.
  • Integration before, during and after. Preparation materials beforehand, presence throughout, and integration support in the weeks that follow — so what shifts there survives the return to real life.
  • Anchored in the 8 Dimensions. Each retreat touches several dimensions at once: emotional, physical, spiritual, social, environmental. Because real healing rarely happens in a single layer.
• Formats

Different formats for different moments.

You can book the one that speaks to your moment, or wait for the next that resonates with your story.

• Who it is for

For those who understand
that stopping is sometimes
the bravest thing.

The retreats are designed for an adult, plural and mature audience — people who recognise the value of deep immersion and are willing to step out of everyday comfort to find something more real.

This space is for you if…

  • You feel you need to truly stop — not for a few days of holiday, but for a well-held inner crossing.
  • You are in a moment of transition, new beginning or burnout and want a safe space to reorganise from within.
  • You have done (or are doing) therapy or coaching and want an immersive experience that deepens the inner work.
  • You are looking for an experience anchored in method and ethics — not in spiritual trends or generic wellness.
  • You want to be among people on a similar journey, in a setting carefully designed for your presence.

What sets these retreats apart

  • Led by a psychotherapist. Integrative clinical training, a solid ethical base — not only wellness certificates.
  • Real depth, without pressure. Each participant goes as deep as feels safe for them.
  • Structured integration. The retreat does not end when you get home.
  • Global welcome. Bilingual retreats (English and Portuguese), with cultural sensitivity.
  • Small, intentional groups, free of spiritual pressure, wellness performance or forced emotional exposure.
• Important to know

What the retreats are, and what they are not.

The retreats are educational, therapeutic and transformational experiences, led by an integrative psychotherapist within an ethical and safe setting.

They do not replace individual therapy. For participants in a delicate period of mental health, therapeutic support before, during and after the retreat is recommended — something that can be discussed during the booking process.

Every booking includes a short suitability questionnaire, to make sure the retreat really is the right space for your moment.
